The PSG Top Labeler XL applies pressure-sensitive labels to extra-large flat and flexible pouches — oversized stand-up, gusseted, zipper-style, and corner fitment formats. A Herma 500 servo applicator with speed encoder delivers repeatable placement on a large variable-speed conveyor, with label changeovers in under a minute. IP65 rated with an FDA-approved seamless belt, it is the bridge between hand labeling and full automation.
