Visiott's Semi-Automatic Aggregation Stations combine packaging and aggregation stages into one efficient system. The SMAS-100 reads multiple 2D data matrix codes of serialized products in a case using an industrial 10 Mpx camera with specially designed illumination and automatic accordion system for multi-layer analysis. With 99.5% code reading success rate, foot pedal trigger for hands-free operation, and automatic carrier unit label generation, it supports DSCSA, EU-FMD, and SNCM traceability
