The VISIOTT PCW-100 is a Pharmaceutical Checkweigher Station designed to ensure total quality and patient safety by precisely measuring pharmaceutical cartons before they leave the production line. It measures product weights between 5g and 1000g at speeds up to 300 cartons per minute with an accuracy of ±0.01g (10 mg) and repeatability of 0.1g. The system uses a load cell under the measuring conveyor to detect weight changes, processing data through special mathematical functions to determine acceptance or rejection.
