Caveco YPSILON Family
The automatic thermosealing machine mod. YPSILON is suitable for any packaging needs in protective atmosphere (MAP) of food products in preformed trays with compatible thermosealable film. The machine is expressly conceived for working in the food industry.
The thermosealer mod. YPSILON is able to work in the following ways :
- only sealing (YPSILON T): it is able to seal trays in material plastic, aluminum or coupled cardboard.
- in vacuum and in vacuum + Gas (YPSILON VG): to seal trays in material plastic, aluminum or coupled cardboard.
- with SKIN system (YPSILON VG SKIN): the system allows to create, with the use of a specific film for this application, a skin effect inside a preformed tray, with the film perfectly following the shape of the packaged product.
The machine is able to guarantee up to 8-15 cycles / min. in simple sealing and up to 4-8 cycles / min. in MAP or SKIN according to the characteristics of the product to package and of the used sealing materials.
CAVECO puts a great attention in engineering its machines: it seeks the best possible ergonomic and realizes interfaces machine-operator intuitive and of easy use, personalizing the touch-screen program to drive the operator to the best use of the machine itself. The car is realized in the suit respect of the CE regulation for in safety. The machine is suitable for the packaging of a large range of food products: meat, fish, fresh or frozen ready meals, dairy and cheese, fresh pastas, etc. Entirely built in stainless steel and anticorrodal aluminum , the machine can be used in every production environment, also the more aggressive such as the diary and fish plants. The machine, with an IP65 degree of water and dust protection, satisfies the demands of cleaning and hygiene typical of the food industry. Thanks to its PLC, programmed by CAVECO’s technicians, specialized in the personalization of international suppliers’ unit, the YPSILON allows to store the working parameters of different productions, granting, thanks to its tool change system, extremely fast, the most elevated flexibility of use of its category.
