Carton Serialization Station
VISIOTT Carton Serialization Station serializes every single pharma carton with thermal inkjet technology. The serialization process takes place in accordance with different global traceability regulations in various industries such as pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, medical device, etc. If required, carton serialization might be implemented through different printing technologies (CIJ, Lazer, etc.).
The system decodes the printed 2D code on the carton with an industrial high-speed camera and verifies it according to the ISO 15415 standard. The result of this decoding determines whether the carton will be verified or rejected. Rejected cartons are gently removed from the line with a pneumatic piston or air pressure.
VISIOTT Carton Serialization Station can serialize up to 400(*) cartons per minute. Its specially designed structure allows easy integration with high-speed lines. The station also verifies the visible information with OCR / OCV technology. In this way, the filled cartons are serialized with the highest security. The station is designed for companies that want to save space.
