PSG ACE's spout pouch fill-and-cap machines are built for liquid and semi-liquid products in spouted stand-up pouches, with the spout in the center or the corner.
On the RFC Series the operator loads each pouch by hand; the machine then fills it, places and recloses the tap, and ejects the finished pouch. Pouches are filled one after another to cut loading time, and output depends on pouch size and fill volume — about 13 to 14 two-liter pouches a minute. Fill volume is set on the touch screen and metered by a flow meter, and no-pouch/no-fill sensing keeps product from being dispensed without a pouch in place.
All product contact parts are 316L stainless steel, and the machine can be transported from site to site — from one winery to the next, for example.
