PSG LEE's Feeder & Accessories range provides essential ancillary equipment for complete packaging line integration. Feeders include the BF (Bowl Feeder) for oriented part feeding, BC (Bowl Conveyer) for product transport, UP (Universal Pivot Conveyor) for flexible routing, and SC (Screw Conveyor) for continuous product flow. Accessories include the Flattener for consistent pouch stacking, Accumulator for buffering between machines, Turn Table for directional changes, and Bucket Lifter for vertical product transport. These components ensure smooth, continuous operation of PSG LEE packaging lines from product infeed to finished package discharge.
Which pieces a line needs depends on how product arrives and where finished pouches go. Bucket lifters and screw conveyors raise and meter product up to the filler, bowl feeders present small parts in a consistent orientation, and accumulators and turn tables buffer and redirect finished pouches so a short stop downstream doesn't stop the fill-seal machine. Specifying them with the main PSG LEE machine means the whole line is quoted, installed and supported together.
