PSG LEE's RG series offers a rotary fill seal machine for quad seal side gusset pouches only. A quad-seal pouch is sealed down all four vertical corners, so it stands square, keeps its shape when full and gives four printable panels. That makes it a common choice for coffee, pet food and premium snacks. The side gussets have to open fully before filling, which is why the gripper and pouch supply matter more on a quad-seal machine than on one that runs flat pouches.
