The RV Series from PSG LEE (LEEPACK) are rotary vacuum fill seal machines featuring vacuum chambers coupled to automatic packing machines. Available in 10-station (RV-1010) and 12-station (RV-1212) configurations, these machines are the best solution for customers who want high level vacuum packing with high productivity. The RV-1010 offers 30–40 BPM with pouch widths from 100–220 mm, while the RV-1212 handles larger pouches up to 240 mm wide and 380 mm long at 25–35 BPM. Standard equipment includes pouch magazine, pouch position detecting device, pouch top opening device, two-sheet detecting device, discharge conveyor, and automatic central lubrication system.
