The PSG NOW NAD4000 is a range of metal detectors built for products packed in aluminum foil or metalized film, packaging that a standard metal detector would read as contamination. Multi-frequency technology separates the signal of the packaging from that of a real metal fragment. The NAD4000 is built in SUS304 stainless steel to IP65, with a color touch screen and auto-learn setup. The range comes in four versions. The Standard-AB uses a dual A/B detection arrangement for higher reliability through metalized films, with an adjustable 50–150 mm pass height and a 15–60 m/min belt. The Economy
