The NMD500-3510 is the smallest head in PSG NOW's value-engineered NMD500 range. Its 350 × 100 mm tunnel leaves a 300 × 70 mm product passage on a 300 mm belt, sized for low, flat packs such as sachets, bars, flat pouches and thin cartons. A smaller aperture generally detects smaller metal fragments, so the 3510 is the model to pick when your tallest pack stays under 70 mm. If packs run taller, the NMD500-3515 keeps the same 300 mm width with a 120 mm passage. For wider products, step up to the 450 mm heads, starting with the NMD500-4515.
