PSG SUNG's ESB-501 blister packer creates custom blister packs and clamshell packaging for syringes, medicines, medical connect tubes, toothbrushes, and disposable products. Precision heating and forming technology with quick-change tooling.
The machine heats a web of PVC, PET, PP or PS film, forms pockets shaped to the product up to 80 mm deep, and seals a lid over the filled pockets with a heat or cold seal, at up to 15 cycles a minute.
Blister and clamshell packs hold each item in place, keep it visible and make tampering obvious, which is why they are standard for medical disposables and for consumer items such as toothbrushes. Quick-change tooling lets one machine run several pocket shapes, so short runs of different products are practical.
To quote a blister line, we need the product's dimensions, the forming film and lidding you plan to use, how many pockets you want per cycle, and your target output. Sample products let the forming tool be designed around the real item rather than a drawing.
