The RKZ-27 is RADPAK's high-capacity wrap-around/open tray case packer, built for RADPAK's largest case format — up to 600 mm wide and 350 mm tall. It trades top speed for that capacity, running up to 12 cases per minute versus the RKZ-22's 18/min on smaller cases, making it the right pick when case size, not throughput, is the constraint. The grouping system uses shooting conveyors to feed products at the correct speed, placing individual products vertically and counting them via a single index conveyor.
