The RM-45ACD is the largest of RADPAK's doypack-capable vertical form-fill-seal baggers. It forms doypacks 150–400 mm wide and 200–400 mm long with a bottom of up to 140 mm, and pillow bags 150–400 mm wide and 150–400 mm long, using a rotating jaw that also allows zipper doypacks and 3-side seal sachets. The bigger format runs at up to 40 bags a minute in intermittent motion, 10 fewer than the RM-36ACD.
