The SN FM 400 is a quadruplex machine in SN's Professional Series, forming, filling and sealing four pouches per cycle from the roll at up to 360 pouches a minute. Pouches can be 80–137 mm wide and 90–250 mm long, a restricted format range chosen for high-output, long production runs. The eight-station rotary table can be extended to ten stations, and options include nitrogen gas flushing, reclosure systems and ultrasonic sealing.
