The SN FMH 400 is the fastest machine in SN's Hygienic Series. Running in quadruplex, it forms, fills and seals four pouches per cycle, each 115–137 mm wide and 80–350 mm long, at up to 360 pouches a minute. The narrow width window is the trade-off for that speed, which makes it a machine for a few high-volume formats rather than frequent changeovers. If your pouches are wider than 137 mm, the triplex FMH 300 handles up to 194 mm at 270 a minute. The FMH 200, 300 and 400 share the same stainless steel washdown design and a footprint of about 10,300 × 3,100 mm, so the choice comes down to pouch
