The SN HSF 100 makes spouted pouches from the roll and fills them with liquids through the spout. Because pouch production and pouch filling are separated, the spout area stays free of contamination, and filling through the spout allows a significantly higher fill level. The simplex version suits small to medium output rates of up to 70 pouches a minute, on 3- or 4-side sealed or stand-up pouches 80–100 mm wide and 120–210 mm long with a center spout. Spouts and caps are supplied from a platform next to the machine to save floor space, and a buffer keeps filling running during a film reel chan
