TGM Tube Filling Machines
Automatic tube filling and sealing machines with quick format changeover for efficient production.
TGM tube fillers fill and seal plastic, laminate and aluminum tubes from 10 mm up to 60 mm in diameter and 50 to 240 mm long, closing them with hot-air or ultrasonic sealing. The range runs from the semi-automatic E250 Semi (up to 2,500 tubes an hour) through the automatic E250 Matic and S400 (3,700 and 4,400 an hour) to the T240, which works three tubes at a time for up to 14,000 an hour.
Every model has quick format changeover, so switching tube size or product costs little downtime — useful for contract packers and for lines that run many short batches.
