The RKH-12S is the large-carton model in RADPAK's intermittent horizontal cartoner range. It forms cartons 50–220 mm wide, 130–320 mm long and 25–80 mm high, and runs in start-stop mode at up to 60 a minute. It suits larger flat cartons on low- and mid-speed lines, such as multipacks and family-size portions, where a continuous-motion machine would be more speed than the line needs. The pusher arm loads the product from the side, and a Nordson ProBlue hot-melt system glues the carton closed.
