RADPAK Cartoning Machines
Horizontal and vertical cartoning machines for automatic carton erecting, product loading, and closing.
RADPAK builds horizontal and vertical cartoners, each in intermittent and continuous-motion versions. Horizontal RKH cartoners form the carton lying down and load products from the side, at up to 60 cartons a minute on intermittent models and 140 to 180 on continuous ones.
Vertical RKV cartoners hold the carton upright and load from the top, which suits fragile or odd-shaped products placed by hand and loose, free-flowing products such as dishwasher salt or grass seed. They run at up to 30 cartons a minute intermittent and 50 to 70 continuous, and the large-format RKV-16 models can add an integrated scale that doses product straight into the carton. All RADPAK cartoners close cartons with Nordson hot-melt glue and run on Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs.

- RKV-16S — Intermittent vertical cartoner for large cartons up to 300 × 360 mm, with an optional scale that doses loose products straight into the carton.
- RKV-16C — Continuous-motion vertical cartoner for large cartons up to 300 mm wide and 360 mm long, at up to 50 a minute, with an optional dosing scale.
- RKH-06S — Intermittent-motion horizontal cartoner for small cartons 30–100 mm wide and 70–160 mm long, side-loaded at up to 60 cartons a minute.
- RKH-06C — Continuous-motion horizontal cartoner for small cartons 30–100 mm wide — RADPAK's fastest side-loading model, at up to 180 cartons a minute.
- RKH-09S — Intermittent-motion horizontal cartoner for mid-size cartons 50–160 mm wide and 130–250 mm long, side-loaded at up to 60 cartons a minute.
- RKH-09C — Continuous-motion horizontal cartoner for mid-size cartons 50–160 mm wide and 130–250 mm long, at up to 160 cartons a minute.
- RKH-12S — RADPAK's largest intermittent horizontal cartoner — cartons up to 220 mm wide and 320 mm long, side-loaded in start-stop mode at up to 60 a minute.
- RKH-12C — RADPAK's largest continuous-motion horizontal cartoner — cartons up to 250 mm wide and 320 mm long, side-loaded at up to 140 a minute.
