The RKV-12S is the start-stop version of RADPAK's medium vertical cartoner. It erects cartons 100–200 mm wide and 130–300 mm long in the upright position and loads the product from the top at up to 30 cartons a minute. Intermittent motion holds each carton still while it's filled, which suits fragile and odd-shaped products that need careful placement. If your products are robust and the line needs more speed, the continuous-motion RKV-12C runs the same carton range at up to 70 a minute. A Nordson ProBlue hot-melt system closes each carton, and PLC control with a touch panel on a swing arm (
