RKV-16S

The RKV-16S is the start-stop version of RADPAK's large vertical cartoner, taking cartons 150–300 mm wide and 180–360 mm long at up to 25 a minute. Cartons are erected upright, filled from the top and closed with Nordson ProBlue hot melt. With the optional integrated scale, the machine weighs a set dose of product directly into each carton. That makes it a good fit for loose, free-flowing goods sold in cartons, such as dishwasher salt, grass seed and similar granular products. For the same carton range at twice the speed, choose the continuous-motion RKV-16C, which runs at up to 50 a minute.
